People living in Vaishali, Gandhipath, Kalwad and Sirsi Raid areas, which have become real estate hubs, are facing the problem of connectivity. This area has a population of around 2 to 3 lakhs living in multi-storied buildings, G+ projects and township schemes, but there is a problem of traffic congestion during peak hours due to the weak road network. For connection there is a plan to make roads of 60, 80 and 200 feet in the outline plan. For the last 15 years, it’s just been buried in paper.
Due to a lack of work on the Sector Road, the roads are becoming bottlenecked. Bajri Mandi Road is approved for 80 feet but the width is only 15 feet on the ground. Builder Sunil Aggarwal, Pawan Jain Ajmer Road, due to heavy morning and evening traffic jam, people remain stuck in the traffic jam for hours. A 200 feet long road has been approved for direct connectivity from Bhankrata to Kalwad, if this road is constructed direct connectivity will be available up to a distance of 7 km and traffic from Ajmer Road will also be reduced.
