Near the mosque in Kabul, Afghanistan 2 people were killed in the bomb blast.

According to Taliban officials, the bomb was installed in a wagon and three people were also injured due to its explosion. In this context, Khalid Zardan, spokesman for the Kabul Police Chief, said that the incident took place in the western part of Kabul.

He also expressed fear that the death toll could rise.

While no one has yet claimed responsibility for the incident, blame is generally placed on ISIS, which has previously targeted the Shia community living in Afghanistan.

Since IS seized control from the Taliban last August, ISIS has increased its attacks on mosques and minorities.
