According to the news agency, the magnitude of the earthquake has been recorded at 6.1 on the Richter scale.

The epicenter was reported below the Myanmar border in Hakka, according to the US Geological Survey.

According to India’s National Center for Seismology, the quake was at a depth of 12 km, and about 140 km from Azul in northeastern India.

It may be recalled that the Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh is scheduled to start in Chittagong today but the manager of Pakistan cricket team Mansoor Rana has said that all is well.

The match will start at 10 am Pakistan time, two Tests will be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh, the second Test match will be played from December 4 at Sher-e-Bengal Stadium in Dhaka.
