Johnny posted the update on Instagram with a photo of himself on the weights machine.
The TV star wrote: “Mixed feelings about having a weight bench at home — on the plus side, no one asked me to move or guided me to move forward.

Then, one of Jonnie’s followers joked about what he wore while working out.
The follower sarcastically said, “At least no one will question the socks and sandals combo!”
Then the star of a place in the sun replied: “There is this! I have turned into a comfortable man!”
The TV presenter was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2020 when he was told he was suffering from a terminal illness after filming an episode of “A Place in the Sun” in Italy.
He previously said, “Within a week of returning from filming, I was given six months to live.
“I had to come home and tell my wife, who was babysitting our kids, that she was pretty much on her own. It was devastating. All I could do was apologize to her. I felt so responsible.”
Jonnie also revealed that he’s keen on spending as much time as possible with his family.
The broadcaster – who has three children with Jessica Holmes – said: “I owe it to Jess and our boys.
“Some people in my position have bucket lists, but I just want us to do everything we can as a family.
“I don’t know how long I stayed, but I try to stay positive and my attitude is I’m living with cancer, not dying from it.”
