An example of honesty at Lahore Airport. A passenger coming from Sharjah got his luggage

At the Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, the staff of the Civil Aviation Authority has set an excellent example of honesty. Lost luggage worth more than Rs 500,000 of a passenger coming from Sharjah was returned to him.

According to airport officials, Kashif Razzaq, a passenger coming from Sharjah to Lahore, had forgotten gold worth more than Rs 500,000 in the airport parking lot.

Civil Aviation Authority employees Muhammad Tahir and Rizwan Iskander returned the gold to the passenger. On which both the employees were awarded certificates of appreciation.

Director Security Salman Aziz said that the passenger’s luggage was found and handed over to him with the help of modern security cameras installed in the parking lot.

Airport Manager Nazir Chaudhry said that protection of life and property of passengers is the first responsibility.
