Aryan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who got a clean chit from the NCB in last year’s drug on cruise case, filed a petition before a special NDPS court on Thursday seeking return of his passport. The court directed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to file a reply and fixed July 13 for hearing.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in early October last year in a high-profile drugs case, but the investigating agency did not name him as an accused in the chargesheet filed in May.
