Two Ramdevra followers died in a road accident.
Mama-Bhanej would visit Ramdevra Temple from National Highway 68 by cycling. The tanker coming from the front hit the bike. Because of this, both died a painful death. After getting the information, the police reached the spot. The incident is in Beri village Barmer Dhorimanna Surte. The police have kept the dead bodies of both of them in the mortuary at Dhorimanna Hospital. The tanker and the damaged bicycle have been confiscated. At present, the investigation of the entire case has begun.
According to the police, Gujaratis from Gujarat had gone to the Ramdevra temple on 8-10 bikes. On Monday night, a tanker coming from the front hit the bike near Beri by National Highway 68, Surte. The collision was so powerful that both cyclists fell far apart. At the same time, the bike was completely smashed. Both were seriously injured after falling on their heads. The people around took them both in a private vehicle to Dhorimanna Hospital and declared both dead there. The deceased have been identified as Pratap (65) s/o Takhaji, Ranchod (70) s/o Bhikhaji, residents of Katrol district Ahmedabad. The police have kept the two dead bodies in the mortuary at the hospital. The tanker and the damaged bicycle have been confiscated.
According to Head Constable Khanu Khan, two people have died in the road accident. The tanker and the bicycle have been seized. The driver got stuck there. The accident is currently under investigation. Further measures will be taken based on the next of kin’s report.
Deceased both uncles and brothers
According to the information received, both the deceased are uncle and brother. He had gone from Ahmedabad with 8-10 bikers. But on Monday evening, Mama-Bhanej, who was riding a bicycle, died in a collision with a tanker. The tanker belongs to a private company.
