Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says BJP has put a price of 2 crores on my head for telling the truth about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Stating the facts does not mean threatening to kill someone.
Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said in an interview to American Broadcasting Organization that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s party BJP has put a price of 2 crore rupees on my head and protests were held against me all over India. Putting a price on the head of a foreign minister in a neighboring country means crossing the line. This is not a correct way to refute the fact that Modi is the butcher of Gujarat. Nor should such extreme measures be taken.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari defended the statement calling Modi the butcher of Gujarat and said that I was only repeating historical facts which was considered a personal insult. I didn’t call Narendra Modi the butcher of Gujarat, but those are the words used for Modi after the massacre of Muslims in Gujarat in 2002. Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat at that time. Turns out what I said was right. Modi government is torturing Muslims.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari further said that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear weapon state. No one has been threatened by nuclear war. Stating the facts does not mean threatening to kill someone.
When asked about Imran Khan, Bilawal Bhutto said that unfortunately Imran Khan has been playing the election song ever since he was ousted from power. Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s protest for early elections is hurting the country. Early elections are against the national interest.
Bilawal Bhutto said that it is necessary to resolve matters with international organizations in a better way. Pakistan needs support from the international community to recover from the floods. Floods caused widespread destruction in Pakistan.
Minister Khaja further said that rehabilitation of flood victims is not possible overnight. Short, medium and long term plans have been prepared for this. On January 9, a global conference on rehabilitation and reconstruction will be held, which will be jointly chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the UN Secretary-General.
