Mumbai: The angle of Aarey Location of Mumbai is not known. This is a place where animals have always hurt people badly. On one hand some percentage of animals of Aarey forest are afraid of humans. That is why, from time to time, the Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has started the work of making underpasses for animals to prevent human-animal conflict in the Aarey area and protect the environment by observing wildlife. An official gave this information on Saturday.

Several animals including leopards and spotted deer are often seen roaming the forest area and crossing the road. Ulhas Mahale, Chief Engineer, BMC Roads said, “BMC has started construction of three underpasses on Aarey Colony Road and 15 more underpasses will be constructed after the end of monsoon.” (agency)
