Two real brothers and sisters, who were bathing in Lasadiya Dam at Jal Ka Kheda in Kekdi City Police Station area, died due to drowning in water. There was chaos in the village after the incident.
According to the information received, daughter Vanshika (8) and son Avinash (4) of Mukesh Dhakad, a resident of Jal Ka Kheda, had gone with their mother to bathe in Lasadiya Dam located near the village on Wednesday night. Both siblings drowned while swimming.

When the mother saw both siblings drowning, she started screaming. After which the people around came running to the spot. The villagers pulled them both out of the water and took them to the Government District Hospital in Kekri. Where, despite many efforts by the doctors, he could not be saved.
After getting the information, ASI Rajendra Sharma of Kekri police station also reached the hospital and took information about the accident. The police have taken the bodies of both the brother and sister into their custody and kept them in the Government District Hospital mortuary. Autopsies on both bodies will be done on Thursday. After the accident, a large number of villagers gathered outside the hospital.

The people around heard the screams of the mother and came to the spot and started searching for both the innocents.
Eyewitnesses said that the innocent girl was taken out immediately. There, the innocent child was found submerged in water on the shore of the pond after about fifteen minutes.
