Islamabad: Chinese Foreign Minister Chen Gang has arrived in Pakistan to attend Pakistan-Afghanistan-China talks.
This is the first visit to Pakistan after assuming the post of Chinese Foreign Minister and he was welcomed by officials from the Foreign Office. This is a two-day visit by the Chinese Foreign Minister.
According to a Foreign Ministry statement, Chinese Foreign Minister Chen Gang and Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi will participate in the fifth China-Pakistan-Afghanistan Trilateral Foreign Ministers’ Dialogue on May 6 during their visit to Pakistan.
Apart from this, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Chen Gang will chair the fourth round of Pakistan-China Strategic Dialogue.
