In the open market, the US dollar has appreciated by Rs 12 in a week.
After a rise of 12 rupees during the business week, 1 dollar has become 301 rupees in the open market.
On the other hand, the US dollar has strengthened by 74 paise during the interbank week.
At the end of the business week, the dollar stood at 285 rupees 82 paisa interbank.
