During the three-day Ganesh Mela Mahotsav organized at the Ganesh temple in Bandikui, a large number of devotees of the city reached the temple on Monday evening and offered Kanak Dandavat. Devotees were welcomed in the temple premises. On this occasion an attractive tableau of Lord Ganesha was decorated.
The phase of Kanak Dandavat started at 9 PM. Which continued all night. Devotees started the Kanak Dandavat Yatra from Balaji Temple, Radhaballabh Temple, Narasimha Temple and other places in the city. During this time everyone from small children to elderly devotees participated in the Kanak Dandavat Yatra. On reaching the temple, these devotees were welcomed by the committee.
Bhajan evening was also organized in the temple premises at night. In which hymns were sung by local and foreign artists. On this occasion Lord Ganesha’s tableau was decorated. The doors remained open all night for darshan. A fair program will be organized here on Tuesday on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. On this occasion, the tableau of Chhappan Bhog will also be decorated.
