The court has rejected Imran Khan’s plea to set aside the order in the Tosha Khana case.

Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant upheld, the court summoned the Tehreek-e-Insaf leader yesterday.The reserved order was pronounced by extra sessions judge Zafar Iqbal.

Earlier, the decision was reserved on the plea to quash the non-bailable arrest warrant of chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.

Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s lawyers filed an application in the court to quash the non-warrantable arrest warrant issued by the Sessions Court in Islamabad.

Imran Khan’s lawyer Qaiser Imam, Barrister Gohar and Ali Bukhari appeared in the sessions court. The lawyer has argued that the issuance of an arrest warrant in the private complaint has been prevented to some extent. The court should quash the arrest warrant against Imran Khan.

The court pointed out during the hearing that on the morning of February 28, Imran Khan’s lawyers had said that he would not come.

It should be noted that Islamabad Extra Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a non-bailable notice to Imran Khan for non-appearance in the criminal case related to Tosha Khana on February 28.

On that day, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf was to be charged in the case, but he did not appear in court. Arrest warrants were issued in absentia.
