Kota (Rajasthan), September 17 (Language) In Rajasthan’s Baran district, two youths attacked a 16-year-old teenager, who died during treatment at MBS Hospital here on Sunday.
Police said the teenager was attacked on suspicion of having an affair with one of the attackers’ sisters.
Anta police station (SHO) Mahendra Maru said youths named Farhan and Sahil attacked the teenager with a knife on Thursday when he was walking near his house.
He said the teenager was admitted to a local hospital, from where he was taken to Kota for better treatment. He died during treatment on Sunday morning.
The station manager told that Kishore and Farhan’s sister studied in the same school. The girl had tied Rakhi to him (Kishore) a day before Raksha Bandhan, after which Kishore gifted her. This made Farhan suspect that there was a love affair between the two.
