Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court on Monday summoned caretaker prime minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar in connection with the disappearance of Baloch students.

According to details, significant progress has been made in the case of missing Baloch students in the Islamabad High Court, said Assistant Attorney General Usman Gammon, another of the 12 students has recovered.

The Islamabad High Court rejected the request to adjourn the hearing, with Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani stating that enforced disappearances should be punished with death and those involved should be given the death penalty twice.

Advocate General told the court that we need more time in this case, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that it was my kindness that I did not summon both the DGs.
