A blacksmith was wounded by a gunshot in region 93 of Cancun and was transferred to the IMSS hospital
CANCÚN, Quintana Roo.— A blacksmith occupation person was injured by a firearm projectile when he was inside his home, located in region 93, block 108, very close to Puerto Juárez avenue.
The events were reported around 7:30 p.m. to the 9-1-1 Emergency number, the call from an anonymous person reported on the detonations of a firearm that left a person injured, so the agents of the Quintana Roo police went to the place to confirm the report.
Upon arriving at the scene, the agents realized that the victim had been transferred by his own means to a nearby clinic, but from there he was transferred to the facilities of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) located in superblock 509, where at Apparently he entered the crash area seriously.
A large number of Quintana Roo police officers, as well as personnel from the National Defense Secretariat mobilized before the report to try to locate the alleged perpetrator, but so far no detainees have been reported.
