Is it possible to treat memory loss? –

Alzheimer’s disease, a memory disorder that occurs in old age, is considered incurable, but experts have now made significant progress.

A joint study by British and German researchers has found a major breakthrough in the treatment of Alzheimer’s, with 15 pounds per dose of the drug being able to prevent or eliminate the disease.

The experiments on rats showed that the dose of the drug eliminated red proteins in the brain and restored memory. According to experts, this therapy has the potential to revolutionize treatment.

Professor Thomas Bayer, co-author of the study, said that no treatment in clinical trials had been so successful in reducing Alzheimer’s symptoms, with some showing negative side effects.

“We identified antibodies in mice that inactivate amyloid beta particles but do not bind to normal types of proteins,” he said.

The professor said that in the test, both antibody and engineered vaccines repaired brain neuron function and increased glucose metabolism in the brain, which restored memory in mice.

According to experts, if the results are the same in trials on humans, then it could be a revolution.
