Karachi: Within 24 hours, the New Karachi Police in Shahr Quaid area safely located the abducted infant and arrested the husband and wife.
In this regard, SHO New Karachi Kamal Naseem said that on the complaint of Ali Raza, a resident of Sector 11D, the police registered a case of abduction of his eleven-month-old daughter Matasha. The girl’s father had stated that in his neighborhood a man named Danish had come to the rented house with his wife 2 months ago and since we were neighbors we had a good conversation with him, while his wife also used to come to our house. where
On Wednesday evening, husband and wife went to the market and left our daughter Matasha at home. When we came back, their house was locked. The mobile number given by his neighbor Danish was being switched off, but the police started an investigation on technical grounds and raided the nearby places, including Sarjani Town and New Karachi. After a raid on a house, the abducted girl was safely recovered and the husband and wife were arrested.
The accused told in the initial investigation that we liked Matasha very much, that’s why we took her away, but the police are investigating further in this regard.
