Kylie Minogue and Sia have collaborated on a new song together.
The Australian pop idol, 55, hired the Cheap Thrills hitmaker, 48, to oversee the production of her 2014 LP Kiss Me Once, and the pair collaborated on Kylie’s Lass’s Dance Alone ” joined again in the dance tune. A residency at Studio 54 in Vegas will have heard Voltaire play before his 54th appearance at The Venetian.
An insider told The Sun’s Bizarre column: “Sia got Kylie to work on ‘Dance Alone’ and it’s a really anthemic, dance-style track.
“They’re good friends and their voices work really well together.
“Dance Alone comes out next month, but Sia let Kylie play it before the show in Vegas and the crowd loved it.”
Clips of the duo have spread on social networks.
One X user @cursedhive captioned her video: “Are my ears playing tricks on me or is that Kylie Minogue in that sia song?! Oh we’re getting fed up (sic)”
Meanwhile, Paris Hilton is following in Kylie’s footsteps by releasing a new Sia-produced album.
The long-awaited collection will be the follow-up to his 2006 debut album Paris.
Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in October, she said: “Yeah, I’m writing a new album right now.”
The former “Ordinary Life” star released a new version of her hit “Stars Are Blind” featuring Kim Petras last summer.
He also teased that he and Kim wrote songs for each other’s albums.
The latter released her LP “Problématique” in September and Paris was featured on “All She Wants,” fans are now eagerly anticipating Paris’ next LP collaboration.
Speaking on Magic Radio Breakfast, Paris, who starred in Kim’s ‘Malibu’ music video, said: ‘We did a song for her new album and then we’re writing for my new album.
“I’ve been friends with him since his first single came out, I was in his first music video and to see how much he’s grown. He’s a pop icon.”
