What happened in the Smart City Advisory Board meeting?

To eradicate the black spots of garbage in Nagpur city, 400 smart waste bins based on ICT will be installed at 200 places. The landfill will have separate disposal facilities for wet and dry waste. Nagpur: The Smart City Advisory Board meeting of Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation Limited was held on Wednesday. Nagpur Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B. ,radhakrishnan) was presiding over the meeting. Smart City CEO Chinmay Gotamare (chinmay gotmare) was the convener of the meeting. Chinmay Gotmare, who was present in the meeting, spoke on behalf of Nagpur Smart City, Pen City and ABD. He informed about the various development works being done in the area. Gotmare said that the smart city will install 100 e-toilets for men and women at 50 different places for the convenience of the citizens. E-toilets with state-of-the-art facilities will be installed in the market for the convenience of the citizens. The smart city has also made arrangements for multilevel car parking at Anaj Bazar Itwari, Gokulpeth Market, Gandhisagar Lake and Sitabardi.train station) facilities will be made available to the citizens. The parking will be similar to Merry Go Round and will include over 500 two wheelers and four wheelers.

In the meeting of the Smart City Board of Directors, an important decision has been taken to buy robots to maintain their reputation in the work of sanitation workers. The Board of Directors has decided to procure 40 MIDI e-buses for an eco-friendly transport system. This little midi bus is going to be air conditioned. City roads will go to nooks. Simultaneously, cycle stands will be set up at 75 different places in the city to promote non-motorized transport.
