National 12-member squad for the first Test against Bangladesh announced

A 12-member national team has been announced for the first Test match against Bangladesh.

Babar Azam will be the captain and Mohammad Rizwan will be the vice-captain. The players include Abdullah Shafiq, Abid Ali, Azhar Ali, Fahim Ashraf, Fawad Alam.

Hassan Ali, Imamul Haq and Noman Ali, Sajid Khan and Shaheen Shah Afridi are also part of the team.

Pakistan will play its first Test match against Bangladesh from tomorrow at the Chaudhry Zahoor Ahmed Cricket Stadium in Chittagong.

The match will start at 10 am Pakistan time. Two Tests will be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The second Test will be played at the Sher-e-Bengal Stadium in Dhaka from December 4.

It may be recalled that Pakistan had earlier beaten Bangladesh by 0.3 in T20 series.
