A 46-year-old man from Mississauga has been arrested by police following a series of driving-related offenses.

In a statement, Peel Regional Police said the man was arrested after being searched for a variety of crimes, including failure to stop after a collision and weak driving.

In April 2022, police said they “monitored” when the person was banned from driving. On Friday, police arrested 46-year-old Ryan Kang from Mississauga after a further investigation.

He faces a long list of charges, including four counts of driving under restraint and two counts of driving under suspension.

Police said he was also wanted for pending charges, including two flights from a peace officer and two accounts operated in a state of weakness.

Kang Brampton’s bail hearing is scheduled for Saturday.
