Srinagar, Sep 19 (Language) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday told the people of the Union Territory that they should not be misled by the words of people who are trying to disrupt the ongoing peace and development process in the state.
Sinha inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development projects in Ganderbal district of central Kashmir.
Addressing a huge gathering at the Kamariya Stadium, he urged the people not to be misled by the words of those trying to disrupt the peace and development process.
The Lieutenant Governor reiterated the commitment of the Union Territory Administration to bridge the development gap of several decades to ensure easier life for the citizens.
He said delays were common before 2019, but now the speedy completion of projects is the administration’s top priority. Sinha said 1,500 projects have been completed which were delayed by five to 20 years.
