Pervez Musharraf has not been brought to Pakistan yet, sources close to the news denied Pi News

Sources close to former president and army chief General (retd) Pervez Musharraf have vehemently denied reports that he was being treated at a hospital in Rawalpindi, saying he was still in Dubai.

It is believed that the news was circulating in the media that Pervez Musharraf has been transferred to Pakistan. He has been admitted to a hospital in Rawalpindi. Due to their presence, security is being closely monitored there.

Now sources close to Pervez Musharraf say that the former army chief is still in Dubai. There is no truth in the news of shifting them to Pakistan.

It should be kept in mind that Pervez Musharraf had moved to Dubai in 2016 after being removed from the Exit Control List (ECL). His name was removed on a court order.
