MEXICO CITY.- The construction company ICA Fluor blamed “some unidentified people nor recognized in the collective labor agreement that it has with the company “in the face of the protests and provocations that have taken place at the facilities of the new Dos Bocas refinery, Paraíso, Tabasco.

The Secretary of Energy of the Government of Mexico, Dew nahle, said, through Twitter, that the construction of the Pemex refinery in Dos Bocas “generates employment and all the workers who are the most important; they have their social and labor benefits according to the law.”
