The market value of the seized Doda is said to be around Rs 2.5 lakh. It is said that this consignment of drugs was smuggled from Aklera via Jhalawar. Even before that, the police got involved during the check. Both the accused are residents of Aklera in Jhalawar district. He had bought a used car from Kota a few months ago. The police have also impounded the car.

During interrogation, they told their names as Suraj Kumar Bagri (25), resident of Bagri Mohalla and Mukesh Meena alias Golu (21), resident of Katphala Police Station, Aklera District, Jhalawar.
