Edmonton –

Six large model aircraft worth a total of more than $ 50,000 were hijacked at Saskatchewan Castle earlier this month.

The RCMP reported that the planes were in a closed utility trailer that was stolen from a parking lot in Utzmeier Close on June 17.

The trailer was found, but Mountains said the model planes were not in it.

Theft is under investigation, and those with more information are asked to call Fort Saskatchewan RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
