Saudi embassy confirms arrests Pi News

A spokesman for the Saudi embassy in Pakistan said some Pakistanis had been arrested for desecrating the Prophet’s Mosque.

The first official statement from Saudi Arabia on the incident at the Prophet’s Mosque stated that the arrests were made in defiance of the holy site. The statement further said that police operations in this regard are still ongoing.
