The Islamabad High Court has ordered the release of PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition against the arrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi under 3MPO.
The court quashed the arrest of Shah Mahmood Qureshi under 3MPO and ordered his release.
The court said Shah Mehmood will be released after giving his affidavit.
On the other hand, the court also ordered the release of PTI leader Shehryar Afridi’s wife.
It should be noted that PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi was arrested under 3MPO after the arrest of Imran Khan.
