Lucas Hernández violated the ban
The player was arrested after an altercation in 2017 with his wife in Spain, when he played for Atlético de Madrid.
Following the incident, a judge applied a Restraining order for both of them, but they raped her while traveling together to the United States. Hernández was found guilty of breaching the order in 2019. His request to suspend the six-month sentence was denied.
Hernández was a substitute for the French team that won the Nations League last weekend.
