Success mantra of Swami Vivekananda for the youth
“I believe in youth. From this my workers will be born, who will change the world with their feats. ”
Swamiji had expressed this belief in his address to the youth of Madras 50 years before India became independent. Swami Vivekananda himself was young. His whole life and message was the ideal of youth. He introduced us to the ideals of youth in Indian culture. In just 3 years, 5 months and 2 days, he performed such a feat that the whole world was amazed. Swamiji inspired the youth with his life, inspiration, thoughts, literature and deeds.
Swamiji’s life has influenced the lives of many great men. Even today, his literature creates a price in the mind of the reader like a fire mantra. Someone has rightly said that if you read Swamiji’s book while sleeping, you will naturally get up and sit down. If you read while sitting, you will get up and whoever reads while standing will naturally get busy. Will walk towards his goal. This is the effect of the living message of Swami Vivekananda. Anyone who comes in direct or indirect contact with them changes their life. At present there are many challenges facing the youth, in which Swamiji’s message is a very practical guide for them.
According to Swami Vivekananda, a person is really born with a goal. He used to say, “A person who has no purpose in life is just a playful, laughing corpse.” As long as a person does not recognize the specific goal of his life, his life is in vain. Young people must decide what to do with their lives. We find ourselves surrounded by limited career options rather than thinking about what is going to happen from childhood and not only thinking about the things to do in life, if we think of doing the right thing, it will happen on our own.
Thus, Laksh Nirdhar is Jeevan Karma. Based on this, earning a living will naturally become permanent.
Self-confidence is most needed to do what you set out to do in life. Swami Vivekananda says to believe in oneself rather than in God. Earlier it was said that a person who does not believe in God is an atheist. I say that he who does not believe in himself is an atheist. ” We have limited it without testing our strengths. We believe that we can do this while our strengths are limitless. What is impossible for young people if they are determined? We may be amazed at and admire the extraordinary achievements of ordinary people, but do we draw inspiration from them? Does this instill in us the confidence that we can do something like this? Swamiji inspires us that all the small, positive and negative events that happen around us in life give us the opportunity to manifest our boundless power.
Dedication is essential for success in any endeavor. Swamiji calls it diligence. “I will drink the sea like an oyster that comes over the waves to receive a drop of Swati Nakshatra,” says the diligent soul. After receiving a drop, it goes deep into the ocean and sits patiently until it becomes a pearl. Our youth need such perseverance. ” We introduce greatness in starting any work but in a short time we naturally become detached from it. In today’s competitive world such initiatives are not the work of heroes. The success of the youth can be achieved only with the zeal to complete the task undertaken with full dedication.
The present age is the age of organization. In any field be it professional field or science, work is done by team today. Tasks are completed today by the group instead of individual achievements. Whether it is the field of administration or software, only those who are able to work with team spirit get importance. All the human resource experts in the world today value the same quality. Swami Vivekananda was impressed by the miracle of organization work in America. He decided to revive this organizational skill in India as well. He himself set up the Ramakrishna Mission and trained the ascetics to work in groups.
If the youth of India in the present times, with the help of Swamiji’s vision of youth, determination, self-confidence, dedication and organization in their lives, it will not take long for India to become a leader in the world. Today, India is the youngest country in the world. Not only are we the youngest people in the world in terms of population, but India is also at the forefront of the number of well-educated and employable youth. That is why the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda is an opportunity for us to make our lives meaningful and also to establish the country in the right place in the world.
