KARACHI: The German Consulate will provide free food for two months to 1000 families in Lasbela district of Balochistan.

According to the details, the German Consulate has announced a disaster food aid project to help the flood victims, for which the German Consul General and CEO BRSP have signed an MoU.

Within the framework of the emergency food aid project, 1000 families in the Lasbela district will be provided with free food for two months.

German Consul General Holger Ziegler says flood victims need immediate nourishment, this program will help flood affected families.

He said if food needs are met, victims will be able to focus on other issues. My heart beats for the people of Sindh and Balochistan.

The German Consul General said that I and my wife are with the people of Sindh and Balochistan in this time of trouble.

He further said that I and my wife had also seen Quaid-e-Azam’s residence in Ziarat which has made a place in our hearts.

On this occasion, CEO Balochistan Rural Project thanked Dr. Shah Nawaz the Consul General. He said the government and welfare organizations are in dire need of foreign aid to deal with the flood disaster.
