Let us inform that after the resignation of former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Jadeja took over the captaincy of the team for the first time in this year i.e. IPL 2022. But he failed to maintain his team’s dominance. He did not have a strong performance as captain and in the game. Jadeja has faced 92 balls and scored 112 runs in the current season. His strike rate is 121.7. Due to this pressure, he has announced to leave the captaincy.
