The Peshawar High Court postponed the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa National Assembly by-elections and canceled the election schedule.
The Peshawar High Court pronounced the verdict in the case related to the resignation of PTI members in the National Assembly. The Supreme Court postponed the by-elections to the National Assembly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The court canceled the election schedule for the by-elections to be held on March 16 and 19. The court has adjourned the further hearing of the case until March 7 at the same time as it has notified the parties.
It should be noted that by-elections would be held in 24 seats in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
