The president and CEO of Pornhub’s parent company have resigned from MindGeek’s day-to-day operations for more than a decade.

The company, which is headquartered in Luxembourg and headquartered in Montreal, says its partners will be CEO Feroz Antoine and COO David Dacillo.

MindGeek’s board of directors directs day-to-day operations, while the search for permanent vacancies continues.

The company claims in an email that under the leadership of Antoon and Tasillo, MindGeek’s sites have become global market leaders, with the primary site Pornhub ranking among the 10 most popular websites worldwide, attracting millions of visitors daily.

Pornhub and several related companies settled a lawsuit last October alleging that 50 women benefited from pornographic videos posted without their full permission.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in California, initially involved 40 women, including three Canadians, but was later expanded to include 10 additional women, and other businesses affiliated with MindGeek were added as defendants.
