Up polls: Alliance between SP and Bhim Sena fixed, Akhilesh and Chandrashekhar remaining declared
Lucknow: The alliance between Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bhim Army has been finalized in view of the assembly elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that SP President and former CM Akhilesh Yadav and Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar can announce this by holding a press conference at the SP office on Saturday. In fact, Chandrashekhar Azad had met Akhilesh Yadav on Friday after reaching the headquarters of the Samajwadi Party.
According to sources, discussions are going on for the last few days regarding the alliance and seat-sharing between Bhim Army and SP. Chandrashekhar also reached the SP headquarters on Thursday. After which it is being told that the formula of alliance has been decided. Only the official announcement is yet to come. Chandrashekhar had already said that his party had decided to go with the alliance in the 2022 elections. At the same time, Akhilesh Yadav has also said that he will join the small parties and give a fight to the BJP in the UP elections.
Earlier, Chandrashekhar Azad had tweeted and wrote, ‘There is great power in unity. It is not easy to defeat an elusive party like BJP without strength and unity. It is the responsibility of the leader of the coalition to take care of the representation and respect of all the people of the society. Today the Dalit class in UP hopes that Akhilesh Yadav will fulfill this responsibility.
