Lahore: First Lady Bushra Bibi visited the Institute of Mental Health Lahore where she reviewed the facilities provided. The first lady also took care of the patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Hum News quoted Pakistan Television and Radio Pakistan as saying that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s first lady Bushra Bibi also inaugurated the Sheikh Abul Hassan Shazli Research Center in Lahore.
The research center will conduct research on Islam, Sufism, religious thought, tolerance, science and technology and modern sciences.

According to media reports, Bushra Bibi inspected the auditorium, library and conference room at the Abul Hassan Shazli Research Center. The Research Center will also hold lectures, seminars and conferences on theories related to Sufism in different religions.

First Lady Bushra Bibi also inaugurated an e-library for students. The e-library will benefit students as well as people from all walks of life. An online portal will be set up at the research center to guide students on scholarships.
According to media reports, with the efforts of the first lady, the scope of the center will be extended to the entire province.
Online portals and memoranda of understanding have been signed with Lahore College University for Women, Government College University and other national and international educational institutions at the Research Center. The event in Lahore was attended by a large number of eminent personalities and students.
An online guidance center portal will be set up in the research center in collaboration with higher education to provide guidance to students for admission and scholarship in domestic and foreign universities while guidance center counters are also being set up in all the centers. Which will benefit millions of students.
The Abul Hassan Shazli Research Center is a reflection of the vision of the First Lady to set up research centers on Sufism and modern science of technology throughout the province.
