New Delhi: Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has rejected Arvind Kejriwal’s preamble on weekend curfew on Friday, so the weekend curfew will continue in Delhi for now and markets will also be opened on the odd-even formula.
However, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has allowed private offices to open with 50 percent capacity, giving relief from restrictions. With this, on the matter of removing the weekend curfew, Anil Baijal said that in view of the cases of corona virus, there is no need to remove it now.
There has been a decrease in the cases of corona in Delhi. There were 12306 cases in the capital, 46 patients died and the positivity rate reached 23.86. But the cases of corona in India have gained momentum. In the last 24 hours, 3,47,254 new cases were reported in the country and 703 people died.
