-Government ignores- distance reduced but no remedy
– Very useful as it is connected to the towns of three districts Nagaur, Jodhpur and Pali.
Gotan-Sojat toll road
More than ten years have passed since the construction of the Gotan-Sojat road, but villagers are still waiting for passenger buses. The facility of passenger buses on this route has long been neglected. With the intention of connecting the people of rural areas from one town to another, a 10 meter wide asphalt road from Gotan to Sojat in Pali district over a distance of 96 kilometers is under the BOT scheme by Rajasthan State Road Development and Construction Limited building. . After completion of its work, its formal use was started on 11 July 2013. Drivers must also pay tolls on this route. This route is a very useful and ambitious route as it is connected with the villages of three districts, Nagaur, Jodhpur and Pali. Earlier one had to travel 35 kilometers from here to go to Borunda, now with the direct connection the distance from here to Borunda is only 25 kilometers Travel by buses to Jodhpur.
Even after the completion of ten years of construction of this multi-purpose route, the operation of roads and private buses on this route has not yet started for the nearby villagers, including Gotan. In such a situation, going to towns like Pundlu, Borunda, Bilada Sojat etc. to travel, the villagers have to travel by buses instead of going through this route to Pipar, Merta or Jodhpur. As a result, villagers spend more time, labor and money. If Roadways starts operating buses on this route, the villagers will get transport facilities and also get a lot of income.
