2 Indian wrestlers dropped from Asian Olympic qualifiers

2 Indian wrestlers missed participation in Asian Olympic qualifiers due to delayed flights at Dubai airport.

Indian media say that Deepak Punia and Sujit Kalkal were stuck in Dubai airport for 3 days. The wrestlers were supposed to get to Bishkek for Olympic qualification.

The wrestlers had to attend the weigh-in on Friday, with Deepak Punia’s 86kg and Sujit Kalkal’s 65kg scheduled for 8am local time.
