An anti-polio campaign has been launched across the country, during which more than 24 million children will be vaccinated against polio.

Coordinator of national health services Dr. Malik Mukhtar Ahmed appealed to the citizens to make their children below 5 years of age compulsory to be vaccinated against polio.

Coordinator of the National Emergency Operations Center Dr. Shahzad Baig says a regular polio campaign is organized in high-risk districts, involving more than 4 million polio workers.
