Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor Naima Khatoon, after 100 years a woman got an opportunity

It should be noted that the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College established in 1875 was renamed Aligarh Muslim University in 1920. In 1920, Begum Sultan Jahan was appointed vice-chancellor of AMU. Begum Sultan Jahan belonged to the royal family of Bhopal. Then, in a period of 100 years, Professor Naima was appointed vice-rector of AMU, the first woman in this position.
