Arshad Nadeem will return to Pakistan next week

Olympian Arshad Nadeem trained outdoors in South Africa.

In outdoor training Arshad Nadeem worked hard on throws, he went to South Africa for 5 weeks and now he will return home next week after 2 indoor.

Arshad Nadeem says outdoor training has been great, throwing has improved, coach Tursius Liebenberg has improved the techniques a lot, in terms of fitness I feel much better than before.

He says that the difference will be seen at international competitions, the goal is to perform best at the Paris Olympics.
