China should support Palestine becoming a full member of the United Nations

Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron say Palestine should be supported as a full member of the United Nations.

Both presidents said at a joint press conference that the legitimate rights of the Palestinians and the two-state solution should be restored.

Chinese President Xi Jinping further said that lasting peace should be established in the Middle East.
