Roads in several states of the United Arab Emirates look like puddles, with the meteorological office issuing a flood warning.
According to reports from the world news agency, due to heavy rain in Dubai, water entered houses, while shopping malls and a metro station were also flooded in many areas due to a cloudburst.
The accumulation of water on the roads also affects the flow of traffic, while emergency measures are taken to remove the water.
According to the meteorological department, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah were also affected by the heavy rains.
The Meteorological Department further said that this streak of heavy rains will continue till Thursday and heavy rains will be in different areas.
