In the local elections in the United Kingdom, the opposition Labor Party entered, which, due to the additional 200 seats, has more than 1,000 seats and is number one.

The Liberal Democrats took second place in the British local elections with 94 additional seats.

The ruling Conservatives suffered a historic defeat, losing almost 450 seats and falling to third place, with a large number of independent candidates also winning.

Considering the 88 additional seats of the independent candidate, their number reached approximately two hundred, the Green Party also won about 70 additional seats, the number of members of the council reached 159.

Labor was defeated in its stronghold of Bradford, with Labor winning 10 seats, the Independents winning 9.

4 out of 11 mayoral results are also in, with Labor winning in the East Midlands, North East and North Yorkshire, the future of British Pakistani mayor Sadiq Khan will be decided tomorrow.
