Authorities have issued a tsunami warning after a volcano erupted on the Indonesian island of Sula Wesi.
Authorities ordered more than 11,000 people to move to a safe place.
According to news agencies, there were at least 5 explosions in Rong volcano during 24 hours.
Mount Ruang erupted on Tuesday, followed by four more explosions a day later, according to Indonesia’s Volcanology Agency.
Officials fear that part of the volcano could fall into the sea and cause a tsunami.
The eruption sent ash thousands of feet into the air, and tourists and others were advised to stay at least 6 kilometers away from the volcano.
