Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that our Million March has nothing to do with the May 9 events.
JUI (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman while talking to the media said that we will definitely hold a rally in Peshawar and will not back down from our principled stand.
He said that they will make a future plan after the Peshawar rally. Our Million March has nothing to do with the events of May 9. We also protested against the events of May 9, and the whole nation noticed the attack on institutions. JUI will lead people across the country.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that we will bring change in the country. Dealing with Tehreek-e-Insaf is a very good thing and we have not offended anyone personally. Nawaz Sharif is my friend and brother, I think he too is worried about the current situation. PML-N wanted us in the government, we invited them to the opposition. If PTI gets majority, give them government.
He said Muslim League-N and JUI want to be friends. We showed what the people are like by holding rallies in Pishin and Karachi. People will also perform in Peshawar Jalsa.
