The proposal of overseas venues for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) play-offs of the 10th edition is out.
Sources say that the names of three venues in England, Manchester, Birmingham and the London Oval are being considered for the four play-off matches.
The play-offs abroad are expected to benefit the PSL in several ways, the PSL broadcasters include a leading English broadcaster.
Sources say that PSL will benefit from the English broadcaster, the English market will also benefit from the inclusion of 8 teams from the 11th edition.
England’s neutral venue aims to attract the attention of Pakistan and India fans, on the other hand, Australia’s venue was also discussed at the PSL General Council meeting.
Sources say that there will be further consultations on the neutral venue of the PSL playoffs, the PSL window and the neutral venue will be discussed in the Board of Governors meeting.
It may be noted that the PSL Board of Governors meeting is expected in the third week of May, while the period from April 7 to May 20 is proposed for the PSL.
Please note that PSL is expected from April 17 to May 20.
